1. How to report a security issue

If you discover a possible security vulnerability affecting this website, email info@100ktechnologies.com with the subject Security report — 100K Technologies.

You do not need to create an account to send a report. Use the reporting channel for potential vulnerabilities; general product and privacy enquiries can use the same email address with a relevant subject.

2. What to include

  • The affected URL and a concise description of the issue.
  • Steps needed to reproduce it safely, including relevant browser or device details.
  • The potential impact and the minimum evidence needed to explain it.
  • When you observed it and an email address where we can follow up, if you want a response.

Redact personal information, credentials, authentication tokens, and unrelated data. Do not email live secrets or other people’s private records. If sensitive evidence is essential, first describe what you have and ask us to agree on an appropriate way to share it.

3. Scope and testing boundaries

This reporting policy covers the company website at 100ktechnologies.com and www.100ktechnologies.com. It does not authorize testing of Google, Firebase, GoDaddy, email providers, social platforms, or other third-party infrastructure. Other applications and subdomains are outside this policy unless we separately identify them as in scope.

You may report something you encounter during ordinary use. Before active testing that could affect availability, access controls, accounts, or non-public data, request written authorization from us. This page is a reporting policy, not a blanket penetration-testing authorization or a promise of legal safe harbor.

4. Protect people and services

  • Do not access, copy, change, delete, or disclose another person’s data.
  • Do not perform denial-of-service attacks, disruptive scans, social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks.
  • Do not install persistence, malware, or backdoors, or move into unrelated systems.
  • Stop if you encounter sensitive information or risk harming users or services. Report what happened using only the minimum necessary detail.

5. What happens after you report

We use the information you provide to investigate and address the reported issue and may ask for clarification. We cannot promise a particular response or remediation time. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and coordinate disclosure before publishing details that could put users or systems at risk.

Submitting a report does not create a paid engagement or an entitlement to a reward. This is not a bug-bounty programme. We will not publish your identity as a reporter without your permission, unless disclosure is required by law. Report information may need to be shared with relevant service providers or advisers to investigate the issue, as described in our Privacy Policy.
